Possess deep expertise and can provide actionable insights on a CEIA WIL Practitioner Professional Competency.
Are actively engaged in career development, WIL, or recruiting.
Are dedicated to advancing the WIL field through active participation in CEIA.

Araceli “Sally” Perez-Ramos has worked within Career Services for the past 18 years, overseeing programming initiatives and advising undergraduate and graduate students, internship programming, and marketing and communications outreach. Sally works at Wake Forest University School of Business within the Market Readiness and Employment department as an Associate Director advising students in the Master of Science in Business Analytics and Decision Analytics programs. Sally has become a subject matter expert for the department in working with international students while championing inclusivity initiatives, such as coordinating the first-ever Latinx conference at Wake Forest University in the Spring of 2024 as well as co-leading the first ever international student conference in Spring 2025.
Sally is the STEM Affinity Group Co-Lead for the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and serves on the Staff Advisory Council for the Communications Committee at Wake Forest University and the Community Engagement & Belonging Planning Committee within the School of Business. Past leadership roles include serving as the past President of the Texas Cooperative Education & Internship Association, serving the Southern Association of Colleges and Universities (SoACE) as the Local Arrangements Chair 2024 Conference Committee, as Marketing Chair for the 2023 Conference Committee, the former Chair for the Technology as well as the Small Colleges and Universities Knowledge Groups. She also has been highlighted as a guest speaker multiple times with Indeed’s Job Search Academy webinars.
Previously, Sally worked at career services offices for The University of Texas-Pan American and St. Edward’s University. Sally earned her Master’s in College Student Development from St. Edward’s University and her undergraduate in Political Science at the University of Texas-Pan American. She is originally from the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas and currently resides in Winston-Salem, NC, with her husband and two black cats.
Li serves as the Senior Assistant Director of Experiential Learning at Florida State University (FSU) and has been connecting college students with high-impact experiences since 2010. In her role, she manages key engagement programs, including InternFSU, a paid on-campus internship program, and the Garnet & Gold Scholar Society, which recognizes undergraduate students participating in various forms of work-integrated learning (WIL). She also supervises and mentors a team of Career Liaisons who provide specialized career advising and industry insights. Previously, Li managed InternFSU: TLH, a structured internship program supporting the local community, as well as the Internship Fund, designed to increase access to WIL opportunities. She also oversaw the Student Employee of the Year Award and Ceremony, recognizing outstanding student contributions in the workplace.
Committed to fostering inclusive and equitable career development opportunities, Li has actively contributed to diversity and inclusion initiatives, including serving on SoACE’s President Diversity Task Force and chairing FSU’s Career Center Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Through these efforts, she has shaped programs and policies that support diverse student populations.
Outside of work, Li enjoys exploring new places and flavors with her partner, Kenny, and their two children, Keli and KJ.
